The room was dirty, the air-conditioning was old and not cooling, the bathroom had water stains, and even the toothbrush and dishes were dirty. At midnight, there was a POWER OUTAGE (???) that lasted for more than an hour. I requested to cancel the second night’s stay and get a refund, but it was refused. 訂房網站 should properly review and take action against such hotels. DO NOT stay here – it’s really terrible.

酒店有些舊，設施還可以，距離Terminal one大巴站很近，才幾百米。房間很大，只是景觀向墳場。wifi speed ok..價格合理

酒店好舊 有點破爛 房間也不怎麼乾淨 給我的第一間房居然還是沒打掃的 後來換了一間 樓下有人舉行婚禮 很晚了還能聽見音樂的聲音 不推薦

It is located in an ideal location for my Biz 訂房網站. Nearby with plenty of restaurants. This is a classic hotel, hence dont put high expectations. When I 1st arrived around 2pm, reception had no 1 sitting there, and after a while some one trigger office women have guest wanna check in then only she came out, but she claim that check in time is 3pm, and not allow us to check in, or else need pay extra Rm10 for early check in, hence we rest at lobby which AC is off and wait till 3pm only we check in. Her facial expression doesn't happy at all, and you have to pay Rm50 as the deposit come with a receipt (Make sure u keep the receipt because they need it for refunding your deposit). The bed is acceptable clean, still has some minor stains, and the pillow is comfort. Aircond is dusty & leaking, with water heater & water pressure is strong, towel i didn't use but is yellowish, tooth brush 1 is new, 1 is open (scary), Window is tinted with translucent(can't see thru), No hair Dryer, Window area a bit dusty. It comes with basement parking, but it is advisable to park in front because the basement seems like no light & isn't safe. Anyhow, it is considered better than many budget hotels nearby that area.

Overall is an affordable place to stay. Nearby have foods and convenience stall. Need to improve on their housekeeping always delay or didn’t do at all. Sometimes pillows or towel are quite dirty.
